Guest / Event Organizer Agreement 

This Guest / Event Organizer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the individual attending the Event (“Guest”) and the event organizer (“Organizer”) for admission to Smoke on the Sound (“Event”) scheduled to take place on September 26th, 2026 at Marymoor Park, Redmond, WA. 

1. Pre-Registration Purchase and Admission 

  • There is No Admission cost for attending the Event.  

  • Pre-Registration for the Event is an early purchase of tasting tokens only.  

  • Pre-Registration tasting tokens are only redeemable at the Event on the specified date.  

  • There are NO refunds for pre-registration under any circumstance.  

  • If the Guest is unable to use their tasting tokens, they may contact the Organizer at least 48 hours in advance of the Event to add an additional name for redeeming the pre-registration.  

  • In the event of a cancellation, the pre-registration will be redeemable for the rescheduled date of the Event. 

2. No Refund Policy 

  • All tasting token sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts. 

  • In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Event, tasting tokens will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be provided. 

3. Guest Conduct 

  • Guests agree to follow all instructions and directions provided by the Organizer, event staff, and security personnel. 

  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Guest from the Event premises, or designate them as trespassing, if they engage in unruly, disruptive, or unlawful behavior toward other guests, participating teams, sponsors, or staff. 

  • Such removal will not entitle the Guest to any refund or compensation. 

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver 

  • Guests acknowledge that attendance at the Event is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to exposure to food allergens, physical activity, and large crowds. 

  • By attending the Event, the Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and agrees to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage. 

5. Miscellaneous 

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. 

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington. 

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify Event details, including programming and schedule, without notice. 

By attending the Event, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
